Acceptance
By accessing or using InvySmart, you agree to these Terms.
What InvySmart is (and is not)
InvySmart provides tools for research, education, and collaboration (including screeners, watchlists, posts, and analytics). InvySmart does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for your decisions and trades.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to form a contract in your jurisdiction to use paid features. You must comply with all applicable laws where you live and where you use the service.
Accounts and security
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Keep your credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Do not share accounts in a way that defeats plan limits or access controls.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
- Do not upload or post illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not spam, manipulate engagement, or use automation that degrades the service.
- Do not use InvySmart to coordinate or promote market manipulation or unlawful activity.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant InvySmart a license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service and provide social features (for example, showing your posts to followers). You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you upload.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans may be billed via Stripe on web/Android and via Apple In‑App Purchase on iOS. Plans may renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant platform. Prices, taxes, and renewal cadence are shown at checkout.
Third‑party services and market data
InvySmart may display market data, charts, news, or links from third parties. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of third‑party data and are not responsible for third‑party services.
Enforcement and termination
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable laws are violated, or to protect InvySmart and its users.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error‑free.
Administrative filings (Delaware DBA)
For administrative filings, as of February 2026, the Delaware Division of Revenue has taken over the administration of “Doing Business As” (DBA) registries from the county courts for InvySmart for all cases only in Delaware LLC and Delaware courts only.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvySmart is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
